Understanding your rates
Rates are outlined below for new and existing customers.
New customer rates
If you have a new contract, you’ll receive the current rates listed on our rate sheet. These rates apply during the time period specified.
Renewal rates for existing customers
If you already have a contract, your renewal rates may be different. To find out what renewal rates apply to you, first locate your initial allocation date:
- Find it on the Reallocation Notice we mailed you. This can also be found in the "Documents" section of your online account.
- Call us at 1-800-796-3872 if you need assistance.
Once you have your initial allocation date, you can determine your applicable renewal rates.
